PartSentry

Component monitoring for production plants

Know a part is going obsolete before it fails.

Share the list of drives, PLCs, HMIs and sensors installed in your plant. PartSentry watches each one for end-of-life status, long lead times and identified replacements, and alerts you when something changes.

The part is cheap. Finding out too late is what costs you.

  1. A drive on line 3 trips and will not reset.
  2. Stores has no spare. The distributor says that model reached end of life two years ago.
  3. The replacement has a different footprint, different parameters, and a 14-week lead time.
  4. You are buying a used unit from a broker at several times the price, with no warranty.

With PartSentry

You were alerted when that drive changed status. A spare is on the shelf, or the replacement is booked for the next planned shutdown.

Maintenance and sourcing see the same list, so the decision about what to stock, replace or leave is made with time to spare.

Three changes that put a plant at risk.

Manufacturers publish these changes, but nobody in a busy plant has time to check every part number against every notice.

End of life

An installed component is announced for phase-out or is no longer sold. You hear while a last-time buy is still possible.

Long lead times

A part you rely on moves from days to months. You know before the next breakdown depends on it.

Replacement identified

The manufacturer names a successor. You see what replaces the part so the changeover can be planned.

Unknown is shown as unknown.Every status carries its source and the date it was checked. If we cannot confirm a part, it is flagged for you instead of guessed.

From parts list to a plan.

STEP 1

Share your installed list

A CSV export from your maintenance system, a bill of materials or a stores inventory. Manufacturer and part number are enough.

STEP 2

We watch every component

Each part is checked for lifecycle status, lead time and named replacement, and re-checked as manufacturers publish changes.

STEP 3

You get an alert to act on

When a status changes, maintenance and sourcing are told what changed, when, and what the options are.

A monthly subscription, sized to your plant.

The price depends on how many components we watch for you. You get an exact figure after we have seen the size of your list, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.

Request a demo

PartSentry is in pilot. The first plants are monitored hands-on by our team.

Request a demo on your own parts.

Give us up to 10 part numbers from your plant. We will show you what PartSentry reports on them and talk through whether monitoring fits how your team plans. We reply within one working day.

Questions plants ask first

Do you need access to our network or machines?

No. PartSentry works from your parts list only. Nothing is installed and nobody connects to your plant.

We do not have a clean parts list. Can you still help?

Usually. A bill of materials from the machine builder, an electrical drawing parts list or a stores inventory export all work. Tell us what you have and we will say whether it is enough.

Where does the status information come from?

From what manufacturers and distributors publish. Every record shows its source and the date it was checked, so you can verify it yourself.

What happens to our list?

It is used to monitor your components and nothing else. It is not shared or resold.
